Our Promise to You
At Glan & Hearth, we want you to be completely delighted with your botanical goods. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help make it a smooth and stress-free process.

Changed Your Mind?
Under UK law, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, pierced jewellery, or used home fragrance products unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@glan-formulations.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage costs when changing their mind. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in selecting our artisan partners to ensure your products arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Email us at support@glan-formulations.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged item and packaging. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any original delivery charges.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
